I am a Clinical Psychologist and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist based in Melbourne. I have experience across a range of settings including private practice, private hospitals, alcohol and drug services, domestic violence and sexual assault services, child and family services and university clinics. I am experienced in working with the following presentations:

  • Anxiety (feelings of overwhelm, adjustment to life transitions, health or work stressors, panic attacks, worry about a range of issues)

  • Depression (low mood, feelings of emptiness or hopelessness, lack of pleasure or purpose in life, suicidal thoughts, sleeping difficulties)

  • Relationship issues (social anxiety, conflict or disconnection in romantic and family relationships, separations and divorce, parenting issues, sexual issues, social isolation)

  • Traumatic experiences (grief and loss, domestic violence, sexual abuse, childhood abuse, intergenerational trauma, vicarious trauma, near death experiences)

  • Alcohol and drug use (harmful substance use, substance dependence)

  • Eating issues (restrictive eating, binge eating, body image issues)

My aim as a therapist is to provide a supportive therapeutic relationship that fosters curiosity and care for one’s life. Compassion, hope and an understanding of the challenges of being human guide my practice.
