I am a Clinical Psychologist and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist based in Thornbury, Melbourne. I have experience across a range of settings including private practice, private hospitals, alcohol and drug services, domestic violence and sexual assault services, child and family services and university clinics. I offer individual psychotherapy for adults from a psychoanalytic perspective.

  • Anxiety (feelings of overwhelm, panic attacks, adjustment to life transitions, health or work stressors, social anxiety, worry about a range of issues)

  • Depression (low mood, feelings of emptiness or hopelessness, suicidal thoughts, sleeping difficulties)

  • Relationship and family issues (conflict or disconnection in romantic and family relationships, separations and divorce, parenting issues, sexual issues)

  • Traumatic experiences (grief and loss, domestic violence, sexual abuse, childhood abuse, intergenerational trauma, vicarious trauma, war survivors, near death experiences)

  • Alcohol and drug use (harmful substance use, substance dependence)

  • Eating issues (restrictive eating, binge eating, body image issues)

  • Existential issues (lack of meaning and purpose in life, social isolation, identity issues)
